Our Preschool program, Heart Shaper, is designed to engage young children in Bible stories through multisensory activities, songs, and games. Preschool meets upstairs in Room F.
For kindergarten through second graders, Godly Play is a Montessori approach to faith formation, which helps children explore their faith through wonder and play. Art is an important component of each Godly Play expereince. Godly Play meets upstairs in Room J off of the Assembly Area.
Our third through fifth graders use a variety of resources including the Episcopal Children’s Curriculum, Legos, and Godly Play at the intermediate levels, to explore our sacraments, Sunday service, and the Bible. Explorers meet in Room I upstairs off of the Assembly Area.
Junior High youth in grades 6th through eighth use a lectionary-based curriculum, Faith Lens, and a Bible-based program called re: form. They discuss, explore, and reflect on the Sunday gospel reading or a Bible story, and its implications for our daily lives. They meet upstairs in Room D off of the Great Hall.
Senior high meets upstairs in Room E off of the Great Hall. They use a variety of materials to explore foundational aspects of our faith and contemporary issues to discover how to live as people of faith in today’s world.
